Clearwater, FL (November 18, 2008) – iSimple is proud to announce the availability of two new interface solutions that provide a direct, hardwired connection between any model of iPod or other portable media device and aftermarket or factory sound systems featuring RCA inputs. The iSimple PolyWire (IS75) and iSimple MediaWire (IS76) – designed and created by the OEM integration gurus at Peripheral Electronics® – allow consumers to enjoy 100% crystal clear music from any model iPod or iPhone (and in the case of the IS76, audio and video) through any headunit or in-car entertainment system featuring RCA inputs.

Currently available to dealers and retailers in the US and Canada, the PolyWire and MediaWire (both MSRP: $49.95) are both incredibly easy to install (although professional installation is recommended) and provide drivers with the flexibility they need for today’s increasingly on-the-go lifestyle. The iSimple PolyWire is designed for the busy music enthusiast in mind and offers an iPod docking cable, as well as a 3.5mm headphone-style audio input for other portable audio devices like handheld GPS, portable satellite tuners or other mp3 players. The iSimple MediaWire does not offer the additional audio input, but it does give consumers the option of enjoying both music and video from any iPod through their in-car entertainment systems. Unlike other available iSimple kits available that utilize an emulator (the iSimple GateWay for example) the iSimple PolyWire and iSimple MediaWire connect directly to the radio via RCA-style inputs.
