Clearwater, FL (JANUARY 7, 2008) – iSimple has announced it will introduce its iSimple WiFli (IS713) plug-and-play automotive iPod interface during the Summer of 2009. The 2009 CES Innovations Award winning iPod/iPhone interface will offer superior sound through any car stereo, wireless CD-style track control of any iPod or iPhone, and displays song and artist information on car radios that support Radio Data System (RDS) reception.

The iSimple WiFli kit consists of a wireless remote control and a dongle-style "bug” that jacks directly into your iPod or iPhone. The wireless remote control clips easily to almost any steering wheel and provides convenient one-button control of the iPod or iPhone, reducing driver distraction and enabling quick and easy track changing regardless of the driving environment. Once connected, the WiFli transmits a digital RDS FM radio signal to the car stereo, resulting in better sound quality than standard FM modulators. The device also transmits iPod/iPhone track data to the radio so RDS technology-equipped car radios will display song title and artist information right on the radio’s display.

The plug-in bug also features a 5-pin USB port which can connected to any standard Mini USB charging device, used on many mobile phones and other portable communications devices to charge the iPod, while also powering the IRDS. Most importantly, the iSimple WiFli does not experience feedback or static from being used while charging like many FM modulators on the market.

All iSimple kits are available at specialty car audio and electronics stores nationwide, as well as most Best Buy  locations. iSimple products are also available at many online outlets including Crutchfield.com and Amazon.com. For more information, please visit www.iSimpleSolutions.com.

Clearwater, FL (January 6, 2008) – iSimple® is proud to announce that it has received a 2009 CES Innovations Award for its revolutionary WiFli (IS713). The WiFli is a plug-and-play automotive iPod/iPhone interface that offers wireless, CD-style track control of an iPod or iPhone from any FM radio, as well as song and artist information displayed on headunits that support Radio Data System (RDS) reception.

The iSimple WiFli kit consists of a wireless remote control with a quick-set steering wheel cradle and a dongle-style “bug” that jacks directly into your iPod or iPhone. Once connected, the WiFli transmits a digital RDS FM radio signal to the car stereo, resulting in sound quality superior to that of standard FM modulators. Even better, the iSimple WiFli also transmits iPod/iPhone track data to the radio, meaning that car radios equipped with RDS technology will display song title and artist information right on the radio’s display and allow users to enjoy a degree of library browsing from the wireless remote. The iSimple WiFli remote clips easily to almost any steering wheel and provides convenient one-button, CD-style control of the iPod or iPhone.

Sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the CES Innovations Award recognizes the most impressive consumer electronics products in 32 categories. Innovations Award Winners are selected by an independent panel of industry specialists for exceptional product and engineering design.

According to Eric LeClerc, a product developer for AAMP of America and designer of the WiFli, “We created the iSimple WiFli with two things in mind: convenience and safety. As a plug-and-play iPod solution, the WiFli is incredibly easy to use and portable so you can take it anywhere you take your iPod or iPhone. As for safety, we’ve put one-touch control of your iPod right on your steering wheel. This drastically reduces driver distraction, but provides the freedom to change tracks quickly and easily even when in traffic. I’m incredibly excited that the WiFli was selected as a CES Innovations Award winner and I’m eager to see people’s reaction to it at CES.”

Up-and-Coming Brand Steps into the Consumer Electronics Spotlight with Best Selling Products, Exciting New Technologies and an Innovations Award

Clearwater, FL (January 7, 2009) – At the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, iSimple® – the retail automotive iPod® docking solutions brand of AAMP of America™ – will be stepping into the spotlight at booth 5206 with its current line of bestselling kits, some exciting new offerings and a CES Innovations Award for a dynamic product scheduled for release early in 2009.

iSimple products allow car owners to connect their iPod, iPhone® or other portable audio equipment to their vehicle’s audio system, providing unparalleled ease of use and sound quality at a competitive price point. They will be showcasing such currently available products as:

• The GateWay™: The pinnacle of iPod/vehicle interfacing, the iSimple GateWay (PXAMG) provides total integration between any type of iPod and a compatible vehicle’s stereo by emulating signal data coming through its factory installed satellite radio system. This interface lets users browse and select tracks from their iPod right through the vehicle’s radio controls and provides battery charging for most iPod models. Also, when placed in AUX mode, the GateWay allows audio streaming from any iPhone connected to the Internet. In addition to iPod docking, this system features extra inputs for use with other portable audio devices, and can also be upgraded with an optional iSimple HD Radio tuner to provide even more in-vehicle listening options.

• The SoundByte™:  Those that drive many popular 1995 to 2007 makes and models can enjoy static-free iPod music directly through their vehicle’s factory stereo system with the iSimple SoundByte (PXDP). Because the SoundByte uses the CD changer interface on to provide crystal clear sound, it also allows a user to track forward and back on his/her iPod directly from the factory radio CD controls and provides battery charging for many iPod models.

• The PolyWire™: Designed with the busy music enthusiast in mind, the iSimple PolyWire (IS75) offers an iPod docking cable, as well as a headphone-style jack for other portable audio devices. This interface solution utilizes the RCA input plugs found on many aftermarket radios to provide a direct, hardwired connection between for any model of iPod for excellent sound and battery charging on all iPod and iPhone models.

• The MediaWire™: Similar in design to the PolyWire, the iSimple MediaWire (IS76) is a quick to install and easy-to-use interface for vehicles with rear seat entertainment systems. The MediaWire utilizes an entertainment system’s RCA inputs to give users music or video from any model of iPod or iPhone.

• The BiPass™: The iSimple BiPass (PXAUX) is an unique interface device that offers users two 3.5mm “headphone-style” aux-in audio inputs and two RCA audio inputs to link today’s most popular portable audio devices with the factory entertainment systems in many late-model automobiles. Like the GateWay, the BiPass works by emulating the signal data coming through a vehicle’s factory installed satellite radio system.

• The TranzIt™: If you have an FM radio, you can have a direct, hardwired iPod connection that provides CD quality sound and battery charging with the iSimple TransIt(IS77). This product, scheduled for release in early 2009, will be available for demonstration at CES.

• The WiFli™: The iSimple WiFLi (IRDS) utilizes a steering wheel mountable remote and a plug-in dongle to provide iPod control through any vehicle with a FM radio, and track browsing in vehicles featuring a RDS radio. It was named a 2009 CES Innovations Award winner and is scheduled to be available in early 2009.

At CES, iSimple also plans to introduce a handful of other innovative technologies that are expected for release within the next year. These technologies will officially make it so that iSimple has docking solution for every automobile on the road and every media player on the market, both today…and tomorrow. These solutions include plug-and-play docking solutions, portable in-home/in-car kits, hands-free Bluetooth units, SIRIUS satellite and HD Radio kits and much more.

Originally, iSimple was created as an exercise in making the Peripheral Electronics® Automotive Media Gateway (now called the iSimple Gateway) a more consumer-friendly product. This effort was largely successful and the GateWay kits for Ford, GM, Honda and Toyota were quickly picked up by mass retailers Best Buy and Circuit City. As Peripheral developed and released more solutions under the iSimple name, it became clear that iSimple was evolving its own look, feel and messaging – a look and feel removed from its parent brand – and its products now reached an audience that did not necessarily include the 12-volt industry’s typical demographics.

According to Sergio DeOliveira, Senior VP of Sales at AAMP of America, “Despite the downturn in the economy, sales of our portable media solutions and electronics accessories under the iSimple brand have grown by leaps and bounds. We’ve made a concerted effort over the last several months to educate and inform end-users about our iPod, portable media and HD Radio solutions, and with the iSimple product line growing to encompass more and more vehicles we see iSimple as perfectly positioned to become a top-of-mind brand among consumers in 2009.”

iSimple is now the fastest growing iPod and iPhone in-car accessories provider on the market. The brand will launch several exciting new products in the next few months and has plans to expand into related markets such as home and personal iPod/iPhone accessories, products for the Zune and Zen media players, hands-free cell phone solutions, mobile Internet and more.
